I’m with a cup of tea. While spending a refreshing tea break, anyone can easily access the brands, exploring them, for example in search results. As long back as I can just remember, I have always admired brands. Born in August, I believe this amount to the stars, the yellow is my favorite color, brand is my passion and the lion must always have his own thing. So I started building a brand. Brand word originally comes from the farmers' age-old method of burning to mark cattle ownership. Today, anyone can build a personal brand through social media for marketing, networking or business purposes.
After selling experiences and marketing, I ended up building my own brand but I'm motivated by productisation. I graduated from a commercial business, as I was excited to explore brands, being Bachelor of Business Administration so far. I wonder, can I use all my learning from sales to take advantage for marketing or what about brand building? At least the brand often benefits from a personal role models. From the knowledge of humanity and sales experiences you can take useful things to marketing for sure, and building a brand, you will benefit from the knowledge of trading. In order to build a brand, good sales alone are not enough, because the brand requires the creation of a strong brand identity. Examining many different perspectives, the brand builder makes a lot of rational planning. He has to create a brand strategy and lead the brand. With brand management, he brightens the brand, strengthens the brand identity and adds brand equity. Building brands is a slightly different concept than marketing, but of course, sales and marketing are part of the construction project. Many different paths can lead to good brand building, but seldom the brand arises without challenges and difficulties.

If the traditional store disappears, what will replace it?
I believe that face-to-face sales can be radically reduced in the near future in the consumer business sector but am I alone with this idea, hardly. Automated trading is reflected in the everyday life of many workers already with the rapid proliferation of ERP systems. The customer already works in the queue as a cashier, is no longer an exception but rather a norm of days. But in the future, robots and artificial intelligence will handle most of the handling and billing of the product and even meeting with the customer but price competition will only intensify more. However, in the price competition pressure and comparison online, building a brand can be rewarding. In the consumer trade, personal face-to-face sales work is still valued in certain areas such as the real estate trading.

Working as a professional, it isn’t easy to learn how to sell, as a good seller will only develop through difficulties, therefore, the best sellers are often experienced industry veterans. This view is also supported by my own experience in sales. It can be seen that a long sales background will enhance people's understanding of what can be considered useful when designing new products or services. In practice, sales work is often based on know-how and training for salespeople, because the formulas are virtually helpful. Selling theory is like a toolbox that needs to be constantly developed, but the skill develops to a high level through the pressure and results. For man will not be a good seller solely by theory, but often with years of experience.
In my opinion, learning through making mistakes is the best way, because only through experience learns best to avoid bugs. A person can learn by doing repetitions even circus tricks. Sufficiently many repetitions and experienced sales people are beginning to look like common features in behavior in the sales situation. Every sales person knows that what has been said once, so it's impossible to draw back anymore and after an error the customer usually vote with their feet. Sometimes I found myself in the situation that I am after I made a mistake yet managed to get the trade, however, after the error I always criticize the outcome of sheer happiness transaction, and I never earned the deal, really. Satisfied with the sales job I had when the customer has been satisfied, and I was in my opinion the sales performance in the process so as I was planning. Reading, self-education, and lifelong learning will help you survive in the transition. The result of the sales work is meter no mercy.

What is a good deal?
In my opinion, the deal is successful if both the seller and the buyer are satisfied with the agreement, and also the delivery and after-care satisfied, and therefore, the situation often leads to further orders and a deepening customer relationship. But in practice, the economy is, of course, much more complicated when concerns about the state of the world's environment are growing. The quality of the products varies according to the design life cycle of the product. Unfortunately, a disposable product that loads a lot of globe, which the user easily breaks even though he handles the product in the right way, however, just such products give their creator often a better account and therefore the life cycle of many products is shortened. This may lead to a disadvantageous situation that a more responsible player won’t be able to compete against the short-sighted opportunist. Perhaps then building a brand could help a responsible company to increase sales.
Mankind stores a footprint and a hand image
It sounds like an old black-and-white movie that decades ago sellers played a phone booth on their way to the customer. As everyone knows, we now live in the information society, in a different world. We have moved to a new era where the service provider needs complete information from customers, and however, the customers delivers all their own information in real time and free will for the benefit of the market. Brands and customers meet each other daily in social media and products are ordered online easily and across borders. As a result of networking, enterprise resource planning systems are important in all commerce.
Knowledge of products and news will find the customer faster than ever. Social media phenomena can quickly bring brand branding to fashion or rise up against brands, and therefore social media, can increase the importance of corporate responsibility for brand building. I often remind that even in large companies, every employee affects, during their own everyday work, a small part of the company's brand. Environmental friendliness is certainly a major competitive factor but many large companies are seriously and voluntarily joining the fight against climate change. I could imagine that branding is best achieved in an environment where all children are free to attend school. Hardly anybody denies this fact that we can best take care of the future by taking care of our children. Big-data gives a pretty palette and a paint brush to paint an image of the near future, and therefore what kind of products and services the different segments will be spending now and in the coming years. The collection of information isn’t only about the old salesman's dream that’s, access to the customer in the head, where the brand eventually arises, but also that the customer's personality has become a modern product. Throughout the ages, the seller's dream has always been to get in to the customer's head. At last, when approaching the new 20-decade, begins to appear that the seller's dream is finally coming true, but ironically, the dealer will then no longer be needed.
